"I chose to come to Eastern IL University as I was given the opportunity to pursue both my academic and athletic goals. As an international student from Australia, I was looking for a university where I could challenge myself, grow independently, and become part of a supportive campus community. EIU offered me the chance to play Division I tennis, but it also became the place where I discovered my passion for science."
