Canon Campus Fleet Toner/Supplies Request and How to Securily Print to your Canon Printer
Canon Campus Fleet Toner/Supplies Request Form
Toner cartridges are available for pickup through the Help Desk, Booth 4th FL. The Help Desk has toner for all campus copiers in stock so campus units will no longer need to wait for shipments. Departments do not order toner through GFC directly. When your machine is out of toner, you will fill out the form indicating your name, department, the machine ID, and toner number & color (i.e. GPR-53 Black, Magenta, etc.). You can list more than one toner color on the same form, as well as waste toner containers or staples, if needed. You will receive an email confirmation after you submit your request. Once you receive the confirmation, print the email and bring it along with your empty toner cartridge/s to the Help Desk at Booth Lib, 4th FL.
